I have been contacting them for one month regarding a vehicle insurance claim. They are not picking up the phone in most cases.

First official told me the case has been forwarded to another adjuster , called Michael but he never picks up the phone and never responds to voicemails. They didn't have the police report as well until I myself sent it to them. I don't mind the decision that they are gonna make about my claim, but I am worried about the time that they are taking to make a decision.

This is exactly bad business and their representatives don't have the backbone to pickup phone calls and reply them. Never involve in an accident, specially with drivers who has Safeco insurance.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I liked: First representative was nice.

I didn't like: Hardly respond to calls.

typical Safeco. you finally get adjustor to talk to, then they transfer you to someone else It works for them
