Safeco Insurance - Complaint
customer service agent chris v was very rude and not helpful at all. I had not received a bill by the 20 of october and he asked me if I agree that he does not control the postal service, no opalogy or anything just kept giving rude answers.I am a customer and I should be treated with a little aa little more respect.
my bill is due on the 15 of the month and he did not say that he would note that I called and was concerned about getting the bill paid on time, he just kept saying he did not control the postal service. His tone war very rude James Altier

When something is mailed on time and it doesn't arrive to you on time, what would you like the person who mailed it to do? Berating a customer service rep for something he has no control over is a complete waste of your time and theirs. Move on.
