In early November I was in a no-fault accident.It is now January, and I still do not have my vehicle back.

For 2 weeks my vehicle sat at the shop untouched, because Safeco had not communicated with the repair shop. Then for 2 more weeks they fought the amount it would take to repair my car. The rental car company has not been contacted by them, and I have had to pay out of pocket once already, and now another $750 has to be paid. I have called them 33 times, spoken with supervisors, managers, many different adjusters.

No one is following through or doing their job. I have literally done everything.

This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had.I will never use Safeco Insurance again.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No direct customer service with safeco, Customer service, No agent.
