I had an accident and the adjuster was completely incompetent. Not only was she incompetent but she was rude and never returned phone calls.

She gave me false information and caused my very simple claim to take over a month to resolve. Her supervisor wasn't any help either. I cancelled the policy after the accident and they still charged me the following month and refused to return the money. I was forced to call my bank and report the charge as fraud.

I also called SAFECO billing department and was again met with a rude, sarcastic and short woman who refused to help and belittled me during the call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I think had the same adjuster. Andrea Rideout.

Is that who you had? She hung up on me twice. She didn't know straight up about adjusting a claim.

She admitted that she knew nothing about repairing a car or appraisals. I had to come right out and ask her...…"what is it that you do as an adjuster?"
