We were with Montgomery, who bought out Safeco. The only communication we had with them was the paper insurance cards they sent.

In December, my husband replaced one of the vehicles on the policy, which increased the premium by $13.33. We never received anything til March when the DMV sent us a letter stating that we had a lapse in coverage. OVER $13.33? Not to mention our policy was up for renewal.

They couldn't even pick up the phone!

Definitely a lack of concern for their customers.

When I called the representative, Suzette, was RUDE and had very poor communication skills. It was like she was reading from script and not listening.
