Can’t get a hold of people

I have tried calling customer service so many times. The phone numbers they have, they dont even answer. The claims representatives are always away and the one left behind in charge, is useless. I cant wait to get out of this policy. It is the worst experience Ive had. If you dont want service, this is the place to go. Horrible.
