Then for 2 more weeks they fought the amount it would take to repair my car. The rental car company has not been contacted by them, and I have had to pay out of pocket once already, and now another $750 has to be paid. I have called them 33 times, spoken with supervisors, managers, many different adjusters. No one is following through or doing their job. I have literally done everything. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I will never use Safeco Insurance...

I had a accident on 10/5 and a wrecker picked up my car that night and was supposed to take it to the body shop the next day.Didn't happen. It took six days for Safeco to get my car to the body shop. Then once my car was there they told me they could not inspect it until 10-20. That means my car will be in Safeco's hands for 15 days before I even get an estimate. My car is an Italian sports car and parts have to come from Italy. With any other...

I give Safeco insurance a rating of 1 star. This is by far the worse insurance company I ever had to deal with. Their client rear ended me and I was forced to take my car to their partner body shop for repairs. When I received my car not only was it two different colors. the fender was not put on correctly and the seems did not match, The second go around they got the repairs done correctly, and tried to offer me a$250 Diminished Value...

We were hit by a safeco customer back in April of this year (2016).Long story short, we ended up having to take them to small claims court in August (the driver was represented by a lawyer from the company and we represented ourselves). Less than 30 days later, we received the ruling in the mail that the judge sided with us for $1869 (the amount we requested). We received the check from Safeco on Friday (9/23/16) for the exact amount made out to...

Safeco is hands down, the worst insurance company to deal with. They insured an older guy who backed into me at a stop sign. Nothing I could do, he started to go and all of a sudden, put in reverse and slammed into me. Now he allegedly isn't answering the phone or returning calls to his adjuster so safeco says they won't pay until they talk to him. Even though there was a police report taken at the scene. I asked what the timeline was and they...

My car was hit by a car backing out of a library space. I had right of way as I was exiting the library and going at the required speed limit. The back of the other car hit the front right side fender of my car. The accident came out of nowhere and took me by surprise. There was damage to my car and damage to my neck and shoulders as a result of the accident. The other car was insured by Safeco. One year on and I have been told over and over by...

Rear-ended by a Safeco last year.Still have neck pain, but the worse thing is the emotional damage. I am afraid to drive. The clain rep at Safeco would not tell me what she needed to give me a fair settlement. Having never been involved in an accident, I had no idea what to do. She has given me the business and Safeco keeps Sending things to Medicare so that I now get letters from Medicare. Safeco told them we had reached a settlement. We have...

My son had an accident with a Safeco customer about 1 1/2 ago with one of their clients. The lady was at fault and even admitted it to the police. My son called Safeco to report it and has an estimate done. He has yet to get his car repaired and in the meantime has to borrow my car. Their excuse is that their client has yet to report the incident even though she claims she did.it in no wonder that they are not accredited by the BBB. We have...
