Safeco Insurance - Awful experience with an agent

I called to add my husband and his truck to my policy instead was interrogated regarding other matters and the reason I called was not addressed. Daneen, the agent I'm speaking of from Home insurance LLC, was extremely invasive and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked to be transferred to her manager and they did not return my call. I would like that phone call reviewed. This incident happened 08/01/2018. Policy Y8603270

Safeco Insurance - Discrimination

I went into a branch here in Portland Oregon to get a quote and the person told me she couldn’t help me because she didn’t have a Spanish speaking agent when I never asked for one or requested help in spanish i think this is very rude and i was told it was Safeco insurance policy this happened on 7/30 at 11:00am

Safeco Insurance Customer Care Review

Rude customer service. Didn't listen to me when I was talking and insisted on talking over me. Last time I had to file a claim the agent was great. But this time the lady didn't even ask my policy numbers, didn't look anything up for me, and her mannerisms were so demeaning I didn't even bother continuing the conversation. She obviously knew it all.

My car was rear ended on April 26 2016, by someone that has Safco Insurance. I have called a Safco agent 7 times and her answering service is as good as it gets. She has never returned any of my calls. I need my car fixed, but Safco doesn't care.

Safeco Insurance - Needed help they didn't care.

I had these guys 10 years, never had a claim. So basically they just took my money and I never had to talk to them. I finally needed to get a sr22 by a certain date so called them 2 week in advance and they confirmed. They sent me a bill on what the sr 22 cost, and didn't send to the state. To date no record with the state, but Safeco wanted to charge anyway. When I called very rude arrogant, I dropped them , Do not do business with these jerks! They just don't care about the customer.
