Dear Jessica : As I have repeatedly told dear Katey , the Presidential Commission adjuster Kaitlin , the BBB , and the Insurance Commissioner ... your refusal to support this claim is completely unacceptable .
Your client tried to attack me , screamed at me incoherently that he couldn't "get no more insurance " --- apparently for his $300 dented-up pickup . At that point , I refused to roll down my window to deal with him and I called 911 on a recorded line , by the way. He was obviously "on something " and said to me he could not afford to lose another point on his driver's license, So , no , I did not take a picture of the roadway , it was 6am and pitch black and we were in bumper to bumper traffic. Ralph Jackson clearly merged illegally as there were two SOLID white lines painted on the Asphalt.
I sent Katey the pictures. We HAD to move out of the road to the Shoulder , as prescribed by CA law. I again called 911 at that point and was advised that the CHP could be hours in attending as they had other wrecks ahead of ours. The CHP directed me, on a recorded line , to exchange information with your client, Ralph Jackson , and to leave the Scene.
I had NO CHOICE in the matter . In ADDITION , your client will not answer inquiries from Geico, keeps hanging up on them . How are they supposed to resolve the claim if your client will not speak to them ? ALSO , and further , the damage to my care is clearly on the front right and his on the Driver's side , midway down the bed..
This crash geometry OBVIOUSLY does NOT support Ralph Jackson's claim that he was directly in FRONT of me , but was , as I related , ILLEGALLY merging from the right hand side . NOTE : This all happened in front of the cameras at the Bay Bridge Toll Plaza so there IS recorded VIDEO footage you can obtain , as well as the 911 transcripts I related to you . The very idea that you refuse claims because there is no "warm body" witness is ridiculous , especially when you compare the two parties driving records and reputations . How often is there going to be a live witness to a wreck.
