My granddaughter was in a car accident with a woman insured by Safeco. A policeman witnessed the accident and said it was the fault of the other woman and she was even given a ticket.

Inspite of the police report, the woman is claiming it was not her fault and now Safeco has refused to pay for our car until they get a copy of the police video cam, They said it will probably take three months before they get the police video and we'll just have to wait.

Even though our car can be driven we really wanted it fixed before cold weather. It is ridiculous that they are delaying the settlement of this claim.

Product or Service Mentioned: Safeco Insurance Auto Claim.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delay in auto claim payment.
